This class will move at moderate pace and advance into longer phrasing in the center. Emphasis at the barre will be placed on repetition and developing strength and flexibility, with little variation week-to-week, in order for the students to develop muscle memory. The first hour will be done in ballet flats with the last 30mintues optional for Pointe work (separate link to add-on 8:30-9PM). The center work will work on expressiveness, moving to the music, and developing awareness to dance together with the others in the space.
