Class will include a warm-up, strength and flexibility drills to improve your handstands. Wall support and a mat will be provided. Please bring water. We recommend eating a light snack an hour before class and being plenty hydrated upon arrival! You will up on your hands and inverted for much of the class! This is not an ideal class for beginners. If new to handstands - please inquire before arrival. If it's your first time at the studio - please arrive 10 minutes to fill out registration forms.
